• What payment methods do you accept?

  We accept payments via Credit Card or EFT transfer.

  To ensure swift dispatch of your goods, pre-payment via Credit Card should be made by 2pm. 

• I have a credit on my account. How do I use it on my new order?

  Please contact our Business Support team if you have a credit that you wish to use on your next order.

• How can I make payment via EFT?

  You can submit EFT payment via your online banking provider. For EFT payments, sending through a screenshot or official bank remittance via email will help our accounts department to match your payment to your order. This will need to include the payee name, account numbers, time of transaction, order number (e,g, 200000058), payment amount and any relevant receipt reference number(s). 

  Your order will be sent on for processing and dispatch once the payment is received into our account.
