1. Log in with your username and password (note both of these are case-sensitive).

2. Check availability of products, select quantities from the WHOLESALE or BULK pages, then click Add to Cart at the bottom left of the page.

3. Review items in your cart along with associated tax / shipping costs (where applicable).

4. Edit items in your cart, continue shopping or confirm click Confirm Order.

5. Choose preferred payment method - Credit Card or EFT - click Place Order.

6. Enter details and click Process Payment to complete the order. Credit card payments will be processed immediately; EFT payments need to be made via your online banking provider.  

You will receive an email confirming your order details.

Sending through a screenshot or official bank remittance via email/fax will be the most efficient way to provide proof of payment. This will need to include the payee name, account numbers, time of transaction, order number (e.g. 200010000), payment amount and any relevant receipt reference number(s).
